3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old, or have consent from a parent/guardian

Provide accurate contact and delivery information

Have the legal right to submit items for cleaning
NDIS participants or nominees must ensure services align with their plan and funding rules.
4. Booking & Scheduling

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or via email.

Pickup and delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational constraints.

We reserve the right to reschedule or decline bookings when necessary.
5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Pricing may vary based on weight, item type, urgency, or special requirements.

Payment is required at the time of booking or upon delivery, depending on the service.

We accept major payment methods supported on our website.

We may update pricing at any time; changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
6. Cancellations & Changes

You may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your pickup time.

Late cancellations or missed pickups may incur a fee.

If we cannot complete your service due to circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
7. Laundry Care & Limitations
We take great care with all items, but:

We are not responsible for pre‑existing damage, loose buttons, weak seams, or colour‑bleeding.

We follow standard industry cleaning processes and will choose the most appropriate method for each load.

Items labelled “dry clean only” or requiring special care must be disclosed at booking.

We may refuse items that are unsafe, heavily soiled, contaminated, or unsuitable for standard laundering.
8. Lost or Damaged Items
While rare, if an item is lost or damaged:

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Compensation, if applicable, will be limited to the current value of the item, not the original purchase price.

We are not liable for items left in pockets or bags (e.g., pens, tissues, electronics).
9. Pickup & Delivery

You are responsible for ensuring laundry is securely packed and accessible at the agreed time.

If we cannot access your property or the laundry is not available, a missed‑pickup fee may apply.

Delivery will be made to the address provided; we are not responsible for items after they have been delivered to the designated location.
10. NDIS Services
For NDIS participants:

Services must align with your plan and funding category.

You (or your nominee) are responsible for ensuring funds are available.

We may require additional documentation for invoicing or compliance.
11. User Accounts
If you create an account on our website:

You must keep your login details secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or breach of these Terms.
12. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as outlined in that policy.
13. Intellectual Property
